Ayla Wilhite

I'm Ayla Wilhite, a licensed therapist with a passion for helping individuals navigate life's challenges and grow towards their full potential. With a Master's degree in social work from the University of Denver and extensive experience in various organizations, I've had the privilege of working with diverse populations and addressing a range of mental health concerns.

My expertise includes trauma, LGBTQI+ concerns, relationships, self-harm, suicide ideation, and substance use. I've also had the opportunity to work with teens and young adults as they navigate life's transitions and learn to understand themselves.

As a therapist, I'm driven by my desire to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can freely express themselves and explore their emotions and experiences. My approach is client-centered, drawing on evidence-based techniques such as CBT and focusing on the strengths my clients already possess.

I believe that life's transitions can be both challenging and transformative, offering opportunities for growth and learning. In my practice, I prioritize building rapport, exploring purpose, and fostering community connection. I'm committed to collaborating with clients on their journey towards healing and personal growth, working together to build resilience, confidence, and empowerment.

I'm excited to join you on your journey towards healing and personal growth. Let's work together to create a supportive and empowering environment where you can thrive.
