What to expect.

The first step is to reach out. The best way is to email or call. From there, we can discuss what you are seeking therapy for and whether we are a good match. We will set up an initial session date and time if we continue forward. You’ll be emailed the intake paperwork to be completed electronically.

Payments.

 

At this time, we accepting Aetna, Midlands Choice, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, UMR, Nebraska Medicaid, and TRICARE-west insurances.

Following a session, we will file a claim with your insurance company. Your insurance company will send an explanation of benefits with how much you will owe for that session.

Cash, personal check, credit and debit cards can be used. Your intake paperwork has the ability to add a debit or credit card to be charged when needed.

​HSAs or medical FSAs can be utilized to pay for sessions regardless of who your insurance provider is.​
