Allison Waltman

LMHP, LMSW

I’m passionate about helping adolescents and adults feel heard, valued, and empowered to thrive.

With a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver and many years of experience, I have a deep understanding of the challenges young people and families face. My therapeutic approach is strengths-based, client-centered, and focuses on cognitive behavioral therapy to guide our work.

I’ve supported individuals dealing with chronic illness, trauma, domestic abuse, grief, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-harm, bullying, disordered eating, and more. Together, we’ll find solutions to life’s challenges. I’m committed to providing a safe, supportive space where you can feel understood and empowered. You matter—let’s talk.
