Allison Uddin
Healing doesn’t mean forgetting what you’ve been through — it means finding peace with your story. I’m an EMDR-trained clinician who uses cognitive behavioral and strengths-based approaches to help clients rebuild confidence, process trauma, and navigate change. With a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver, I’m passionate about helping teens and adults uncover their inner resilience and create meaningful, lasting change.
I’ve supported individuals dealing with chronic illness, trauma, domestic abuse, grief, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-harm, bullying, disordered eating, and more. Together, we’ll find solutions to life’s challenges. I’m committed to providing a safe, supportive space where you can feel understood and empowered. You matter—let’s talk.
