    • Anxiety and stress

    • Depression and mood concerns

    • Psychological testing and assessment services

Psychological assessments are structured evaluations that may include interviews, questionnaires, and standardized testing, followed by a feedback session and a written report.

Learning-disability related testing is billed at $250 per hour and is generally not covered by insurance.

  • You can schedule by calling our office or by submitting a request through our website or client portal. Our team will help match you with a therapist based on your needs, preferences, and availability, and will assist with scheduling either an in-person or teletherapy appointment.

  • Your first session focuses on getting to know you. Your therapist will ask about your concerns, background, and goals for therapy, explain confidentiality, and answer any questions you have about the process. Together, you’ll begin developing a plan that feels appropriate and supportive for you.

  • Most therapy sessions are 45–50 minutes. Many clients begin with weekly sessions and adjust frequency over time based on progress, goals, and scheduling needs. Session length and frequency are discussed directly with your therapist.

  • We accept most major insurance plans and are happy to help you verify your benefits before your first appointment. Because coverage varies, we encourage clients to contact our office to confirm whether a specific plan is in-network and to understand potential copays or deductible responsibilities.

  • We currently accept Medicaid plans, though coverage can vary by plan type. We do not accept Medicare or Tricare at this time. Clients using Medicaid are encouraged to contact our office to confirm whether their specific plan is accepted.

  • At this time, we do not accept EAP plans. Clients who would normally use an EAP typically choose to use their standard insurance benefits or private pay options instead.

  • Yes. Some clients prefer private pay for greater flexibility or privacy. Please contact our office for current private-pay rates and to discuss available options.

  • Our team includes licensed mental health professionals with a range of specialties and experience working with children, teens, and adults. You can view individual therapist bios on our website to learn more about training, areas of focus, and therapeutic style.
