Kymberly Caddell, LCSW

Supporting your child’s and teen's growth—one step at a time.
Healing and change aren’t always a linear process, and I’m here to walk alongside you and your child through that process. I’m a child and adolescent therapist who works with clients ages 4–25. Over the past 18 years, I’ve supported kids and teens with trauma, ADHD, anger, anxiety, depression, oppositional behaviors, ASD, and more in schools and community settings, helping them build emotional skills, confidence, and resilience.

For younger children, I use play-based strategies to connect, build trust, and teach new ways to manage big emotions or challenging behaviors. For teens and young adults, I blend evidence-based approaches that address both the mind and body, helping them better understand themselves and navigate life’s ups and downs.

I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and am completing my PhD in Educational Psychology, where I study the neuroscience of trauma and resilience. My approach integrates neurobiological and holistic techniques—such as mindfulness, somatic regulation, Brainspotting, and Internal Family Systems therapy—to promote healing from the inside out.

Together, we’ll create a supportive plan that helps your child feel understood, capable, and ready to thrive.
