Rusheena Shah

My name is Rusheena Shah, and I am the Clinic Manager at New Path. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Gerontology from Western Illinois University, as well as a Master’s degree in Health Administration (MHA) from the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC).

Most of my career has been spent in senior living, where I’ve served in leadership roles focused on ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for older adults. I pursued my MHA to bridge the gap between healthcare delivery and business administration, allowing me to thrive in roles that require both clinical understanding and operational expertise.

As Clinic Manager, I oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic and work closely with patients to connect them with the therapist who best meets their needs. I look forward to helping you find the right fit and supporting you on your path to care.
